  1. It continues to expand its operational areas in both Phnom Penh and other provinces through providing loans to customer.

  3. Continuing recruitment and developing staff as planned, both management and staff who have knowledge, good job and professional job to provide good customer service.
  4. To develop a HR policy to motivate staff who are working and willing to work for APF.
  5. To develop the Credit Policy, which is the core service of APF, is comprehensive and easy to meet customer needs.
